It seems we've had decades of crap music, just dance pop and hip-hop drilling, generated by producers and performed by marionettes. This disgusts me so much I'd probably turn Lady Gaga out of bed. That ain't music, it's product. It's all been crap since Madonna and Michael Jackson. I say it's disco, and disco still sucks, because disco is always going to suck, by definition.
