I have a CD-R, reconstituted from an image file, that is apparently in some kind of Japanese format; none of my disks can read what has written, although it was written without error. Is there a way for such a disk to be read on US Windows?

Does it show garbage or Japanese characters? I'll ask around.. we have several Japanese records that show Japanese characters when read, but if a roman-alpha equivalent wasn't programmed into the disc, it's likely the only way to find out what it says is to find someone who reads kanji or locate a website that tells you what the titles are...

The problem seems to be that while it shows that there is a CD in there, I cannot bring up a directory; when I attempt to, WinXP announces that the data there is incompatible with Windows.
