ihcoycAt least by tradition, tonight is the longest night of the year; after today the days begin to grow longer and the darkness ceases to expand.
But this year, I resolve, that's not going to happen. Darkness will continue to grow; the light will continue to shrink, and that's the way it's going to be from here on out.
